Vacation day

I have today and tomorrow off! Much needed break, too! I worked until 6:45 on Wed. to get everything done for the week, too! Luckily, C watched E and took him out to dinner with them.
We have 6 shows on sale this weekend, I think that was the final number.
I got the website up and the marquee set for Friday. I kinda want to drive up on Fri. and check it out. I think it looks pretty cool. It makes me happy when I get compliments on it, too.
The fair started tonight. It officially starts tomorrow. I can clearly hear the announcements on the p.a speakers. with the windows shut! Well, when I mute the tv.
I entered 2 photos, 2 scrapbook pages and a salt dip-antique. Didn't make the choc. chip cookies. I entered T a flat iron-antique in case he didn't have time to make his cinnamon rolls. Glad I did that, he didn't end up making them. We both received our passes, so we are set to go anytime!
A even sent me 2 passes, for single admiss. I should have called her and told her that I entered as an exhibitor this year. I will probably give them to my sister to use.
I have noticed some people walking by to the fair. I know it will get much worse this weekend. They put up "No Parking" signs on our street 2 days ago. I remember years ago we would park on our street all the time when we would come early and work at PsiOte stand. I am sure we probably parked in front of our house, too! How crazy is that?
Is it a bad thing to love the county fair? I have always loved it! And now, I live 5 houses away!
