Halloween & Fall decorating

I put out our Halloween stuff last week. I wanted to do an arrangement on top of the entertainment center that I could put out some of my little pieces. I realized that I have a lot of small things. I put them on different risers and levels so you can see them all. I was going to drape black glittery fabric over it, but decided on a simple black plastic tablecloth for $1.00. From where? Oh, Dollar Tree. I threw in purple lights around everything, too. I already had those from Christmas from my purple tree.
I got a couple more Halloween things at JoAnn's that were 40% off.

Last Thursday I went to C's store and got even more cutesy Halloween decor! She gave me such a bargain, too! I think I picked out 6 things and only charged me for one of them and gave me 40% off. So the total was only like $7.50 something. I said that is ridiculous and gave her $10.00.

I'm really pleased with how it has turned out.
Oh, I found these battery operated tealights, too! I put them inside a couple of the ceramic pumpkins. Much safer with Ethan. They said that they last for 30 hours.

I ordered 3 Yankee Candles. Why do I do this? I hear 2Peas talking about a great deal and feel like I can't miss out on it! The sale was last week for 1/2 off of the large 22 oz candles.

I got McIntosh, which was the flavor of the month, Harvest and Spiced Pumpkin. I haven't received them yet. I haven't had the McIntosh one before, but heard it is pretty popular. I might give it away as a gift, though.

T's fav is Harvest. I really like it, too. I love spicey scents. I am burning Pumpkin bread right now, but it is from Pier One. I have Spice Cake upstairs on the candle warmer. I love that thing now, too! When I get this order in, I'll probably keep them downstairs by the computer. Then when they get down to a inch I'll use them on the candle warmer.

I really wanted to get Gilmore Girls Season 1 or 2 on dvd. Since tivoing it everyday lately, I am getting antsy on wanting to see the beginning years. The 4th season just started up on ABC Fam.
Well, I noticed in the Target ad for this week that Season 1 & 2 were only $18.88!! Soooo, I ended up redeeming my 'My Points' for another $10 gift card to Target! I did that on Sunday, hoping that I would get the card in the mail by Sat. I prayed that it would get here in time. Can you believe I got it on Wed.! So on Thursday lunch hour, I bought it. I was worried that it would be sold out, but they weren't. I got through 3 episodes last night, but the 2nd one I had seen before so I fwd it a lot.

I going to try to make one of the pumpkin topiaries, hopefully this weekend. I bought the supplies at Hobby Lobby. This isn't going to be a big one, just like 2 ft tall. I am going to add in orange lights, too. I hope it turns out cool. Not sure where I want to put it though.
