I am just amazed by the number of Trent’s cousins. I only have 2 first cousins. This past weekend, Kelly got married. I think she is 2nd to youngest on his mother’s side.
She had a gorgeous wedding outside at Hamstra Gardens and then the reception was outside, too. I had never been to an outside reception, it was complete with a huge massive tent. It took place at the residence of her new inlaws. That day was going to be hot, but it didn’t seem as humid. I wasn’t sure what I wanted E to wear, due to the weather. Trent asked around and it seemed most guys were wearing polos and khakis to wedding and then changing into shorts for the reception. I had already bought a suit set for Ethan, that he loved. He picked it out due to the yellow tie.
Here he was posing for me in the dressing room..I couldn’t decide between the 2 outfits.
I usually get black pants outfit since easier to wear with black shoes. But I liked the look of the lighter outfit, but really had to shop for the right shoes.
T suggested that he wear the 3 piece top with shorts. The boat shoes would work ok, too. How cute is he?
Kelly & Robb’s ceremony with tons of family…
Then after the ceremony I made sure to get a pic of our immediate family.
I wish we would have had his dad next to his mom in the middle, it bugs Trent. Such a pretty area and then we found this pond so we got a nice family pic, too.
They had a great playground area and even this awesome trampoline set in the ground! E was a little cautious, but tried it out.
See-saw with his Uncle D…We had a couple of hours until the reception so we got some food at the local McD’s and then went to hangout with fam at A. Colette’s.
Then reception time… the Foley’s had their own corner of the tent
I think there was about a dozen little kids there so it was nice that there was a playground right there so E could swing and play. Here he is with 2nd cousin Ellie, she is almost 3.
port-a-potties were right by us, E thought they were too fun. Nice to have purell there, too!
Ethan had asked when we were going to the reception, because he “just wanted to dance!”
He even danced outside the tent during the wedding party dance, cause he just couldn’t wait to dance!!
the Foley girl cousins & inlaws during the dollar dance…I love the below pic the best since the bride is looking right at my camera and looks so ‘happy’
I had a lot of fun and danced the most at this wedding than all the other cousin weddings. Ethan left with his grandparents a little before 10pm. They just missed ‘cha cha slide’ and the fireworks.
Much happiness to Robb & Kelly!
