My family received sad news with death of my mother’s cousin. Mary Jane was her dearest closest cousin. She died due to a tragic accident while driving a 4 wheeler atv. So sad and sudden. She enjoyed such adventures with her family and they had been out in Colorado when it occurred.
The visitation was on Friday/Saturday down in Indy. My parents shuffled their trip plans around to be able to attend it. I My sister and I did not go down, though.
Odd thing that on the day before she died I was using the nice farberware pot she gave me for my wedding and truly thought of her.
On Sat. night was Casino Night at the fairgrounds. T and I went again this year. Always a fun time and this year we knew the dealer, but that didn’t help. At all! This was the first time we lost all of our money! Shocking! We usually break even or just lose around $5, so bad this time.
and then the Zubie bros sat at our table at the end of the night. We played blackjack for like 6 hrs and I don’t know why but it is fun! It was packed with people, so we made sure to get a table early. T gets us in for free and we get food, drink with free refills at the table and dj music. It is really loud with the music and people talking though. T and I look forward to this weekend all year, we don’t really go out enough.
