Happy New Year!

We stayed home, as usual, for my annual appetizer meal for New Year’s Eve.

I made cheese & sausage balls new this year… really easy – just sausage, cheddar cheese and bisquik.

I was hopefully that Ethan would like them – and he did!

Ethan had a kiddie cocktail and T & me had adult cocktails. The boys played battleship and then we all played Life.  

I was excited to try out my new chocolate fountain.    I didn’t think I needed to use the full 3 cups of choc. chips and oil, so I reduced it down to just 2 cups. As you can see that didn’t make a full fountain effect, why didn’t’ I realize that would happen?

It was sort of a pain. Totally pain to clean it. Like seriously greasy mess to clean.

But all worth the memories of using it and this little guy loved it.
