Last week he was up to 47.9 for the school year in AR (Accelerated Reading) points. He had already started reading the newest Diary of a Wimpy Kid book, so we thought that would be a good one to finish. That book is worth 3 pts, too.
I love his ambition.
He said months ago that he wanted to make it to the 50 pt club.
They take the AR tests on Tuesdays. So proud that he kept at it.
I got him this shirt as a reward for achieving his goal…
in honor of Wimpy Kid books, too! And the saying on the shirt really fits him so well, too well!
He got other treats from his librarian, that he was excited about.
