Ethan's Pre-K Graduation

Wed. was Ethan's graduation from 3 day Preschool. They walked in to Pomp & Circumstance with caps, too!

Singing songs and E was swaying to the beat in a couple of songs.

E with his fav girl, Allison. He has told me he loves her and wants to marry her! Her parents saw him and said he was her best bud! We found out that they will not be attending the same school for Kindergarten, though. I can't tell him yet. Isn't that sad that they won't see each other until maybe jr high? He has started making this bashful face, so funny.

This past Sunday our new sofa set arrived! So happy with it. Special thanks to Tim for getting us a HUGE discount on it and helping us move it! Thanks to the neighbor kid, from football team, that Trent recruited merely seconds before to help move out the old ones from the living room. T used my dad's truck and we had Tim with his pickup.

Sally gets the old green couch. She is picking it up on Friday from our garage. T is checking if any seniors would want the old loveseat.

Our coffee table and end table are not in yet, which is odd. Due dates for tables were quoted 2 weeks prior to sofa. Can't wait to get it all in!! The coffee table has a lift top, so cool!

Still need help with window treatments. I'm sick of the blinds. I like this plaid satin panel from Target. The colors work nice, but I don't know if I would like a full wall of these curtains with the new rug pattern. The new set makes the liv. rm really dark, so with these curtains it would seem really dark. I really can't decide! We have had that one panel up for a week now, I still don't know what to do.

I know I need something to totally cover at night for privacy.

I'm so ready for a fun weekend! I hope it is nice weather and gets in the 70s, like they are forecasting. We may walk down to the parade on Monday if it isnt raining. Doesn't it rain every Memorial Day?

I'm working tomorrow. I need to place ads, and start creating new ones if we run them. HJ is taking it off. I'm guessing she is reading this now, too! H-it pleases me so that you actually read my blog!
