I was able to score free tickets to see Miranda Lambert on Thursday at some ‘venue’ north of where I live. Ha! Well, a guy that we get records and memorabilia from for work called S and offered her tickets, but she couldn’t go but luckily she knew I loved Miranda and would love to go!
I love her music so much I have a Miranda playlist on my ipod.
I sent T up to pick up the vouchers from his store.
It was a pain to get there and then we had to redeem the vouchers, I was worried that they would sell out. We had general admission, standing room in front of stage which was fine and dandy with me.
Opening act was Rhett Thomas, he was pretty good.
First 2 songs were my favs – Only Prettier, Kerosene
during “Dead Flowers”

My phone takes crappy pics, which I brought our digital camera!! Wasn’t sure if they would allow it in, so didn’t risk it. 
Miranda sang about 17 songs I think, then no encore! I was so surprised that the lights came up and “happy trails” started playing immediately. I guess because it was in a casino, they want everyone to go out and gamble! We barely even looked in there and it was hike thru it all to get the parking garage.
