Calling in Fall

Here are some pics I haven’t posted from Sept.

We went to our town’s Covered Bridge Harvest Fest. It takes place at the fairgrounds right by our house, so it is fun to attend. We went on Sunday, Sept. 27.

IMG_8383This year we saw the pumpkin chuck. T’s parents came out to see the pumpkins thrown across the lake. There were a lot of teams that made their own trebuchet contraptions. We watched with his parents up on a hill, but could see a lot better right at the grandstand.

It is always a fun day with yummy food. We had a pumpkin roll and then brought home some kettle corn-so good!  IMG_8397

Then we went on a hayride around the grounds. IMG_8402IMG_8403IMG_8404

There were bands, and some craft booths and little pumpkin games and a car show.
